Orion Pony Club is located in Abbotsford and serves the Abbotsford area. Orion was originally started in Abbotsford and over the years moved farther out, it has now moved back to its roots.
We currently have 11 active members ranging from E - B2 level who enjoy their lessons together both in Riding and Stable Management.
Our lessons are currently being held at Alder Town Farms Ltd on Bates Road. We offer at minimum 10 riding lessons and 10 Stable Management lessons. Our Instructor is CEF level 1 coach Kelly MacIntosh who is also a former Pony Club member herself.
Our members also compete in the Regional and National levels of Quiz, Showjumping, Rally and Dressage.
Our year runs from September to August with lessons, camps and clinics offered throughout the year. We accept new members from September through to the end of October for the coming year. Membership is open to anyone between the ages seven to twenty one years and who has access to a horse for riding instruction.
