Calgary Celebrations The 75th Anniversary Celebrations in Calgary include the 2009 International Pony Club Mounted Games Exchange and the Pony Club International Alliance Meetings. The Pony Club International Alliance was formed in 2005 at the International Meetings held in Calgary. The Charter members of this group are: The Pony Club (UK), Pony Club Australia, the Canadian Pony Club, the Irish Pony Club, the New Zealand Pony Club, the United States Pony Club, and the Hong Kong Pony Club. This group meets every two years. The 2007 meetings were hosted by the USPC in Kentucky. The 2009 meetings will be hosted by Canada in Calgary, July 3rd – 6th, with time before and after for sightseeing. Participants in the meetings will be invited to attend the Mounted Games Finals and Closing Banquet. As well, there will be an opportunity to attend the Calgary Stampede and Spruce Meadows.
