Canadian Pony Club recently introduced a badge program for members. This is an achievement oriented non-competitive program for all members. Badges are available for junior as well as senior members. With badges for horse related activities in everything from community service to multimedia there is literally a badge for everyone.  A picture of each badge along with a description of how they are earned can be seen here.

This year Vancouver Pony Club is able to offer the badge program because Karen Evans has volunteered to act as the program coordinator.

At the first childrens meeting she introducedthe badge program. At each following meeting she will hand out badges earned in the previous month and will describe a badge. However you can aim to earn any badge, just talk to Karen and she will tell you what is involved.
