With Grand Nouvel, tied the world indoor Puissance record at 7'3". Grand Nouvel still holds the Puissance record at 7' ½" at the Harrisburg (US) International Horse Show
In 1966, was on the Team that won the first Nations Cup at the Royal in 30 years and the Team Championship for the first time ever.

Has served as Director of the Canadian Horse Council, the Canadian Horse Shows Association and the Horseman's Benevolent and Protective Association
Honourary Director of the Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association
Member of the Advisory Council of the Equine Research Centre, University of Guelph
Member of the Equine Advisory Councils of both Humber and Seneca Colleges (Ontario)

In 1972 formed Moffat Dunlap Real Estate Limited specializing in country properties in the Greater Toronto Area.
Firm is a member of Provincial and National Real Estate Boards and Associations
Has been involved in a number of high profile transactions such as land purchase for Canada's Wonderland, sale of Eaton Hall to Seneca College, assembling land for Magna International's headquarters in Aurora and the transfer of Jokers Hill (Billie and Church Mann's historic estate) to the University of Toronto.
Moffat Dunlap has been active in many organizations such as fundraising for Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto and the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.
He was a founder of Country Day School, an independent day school in King Township.
He has also been an active volunteer in local politics at the municipal level
