The only places on this website where information is collected are in the Competitive Games, Classified Ads, and problem reporting sections for most users and in some special sections of the site for selected Pony Club officers.
All information which is entered as a message or advertisement by visitors to the Guestbook, Classified Ads, or other sections of the site where they may leave messages is voluntarily provided by the visitor for public use and is not the responsibility of the Canadian Pony Club in any way.
As part of the operation of the website, the Pony Club collects information such as but not limited to IP addresses, host names, and browser user agent information. This information will be used to prohibit access by visitors who abuse the site privileges and/or to help in identifying and solving website or visitor problems. In cases of severe abuse or possible criminal activity, this information may be shared with various Internet Service Providers and with the police.
