Our volunteers are the lifeblood of this organization and a trained and properly equipped volunteer has immeasurable value to our organization and to the many lives they will impact through their time with us.

Proper education of our volunteers is key to creating a strong understanding of the organization and its goals, so that both volunteers and members can operate with full knowledge and understanding of their role expectations and have the best possible experience with Pony Club as a result.

To that end, we have identified a series of documents and training tools to assist volunteers in learning how to fill their roles with confidence, and how and where to seek the information they need to contribute in a meaningful way with their individual skills and talents. We have created a "Toolbox" for key roles where documents and training links are grouped and can be easily found and accessed by those who play such an important role in shaping the culture of our organization and running effective programming for our eager members.

It is our desire that volunteering for Canadian Pony Club be a fulfilling experience and that you be provided with the information and materials to equip you to carry out the important roles you have selflessly taken on in an effective way that opens the door to enjoyable interaction with both the members we serve and those who serve alongside us for the betterment of the equestrian culture in Canada.
